IAnother busy week at Move On Estate Agents. The last few days have seen incredible activity for the property we have for sale at Muirmadkin Road in bellshill - a lovely 3 bedroom ground floor flat. After bringing the property to the market,  applying our marketing campaigns, we received lots of enquiries and viewings. We had  a number of people looking to offer and we set a closing date for Thursday 27/11. We had 4 bids at closing date, all in excess of the home report. There was also a few viewers who decided against offering as they felt "they might not be able to compete with other offers."  My advcie for anyone thinking this way is to still put your offer in - you never know! I'd also recommend checking whether your solicitor will charge for submitting an offer even if its unsuecceful. Ive found that most solicitors nowadays wont, as they expect you will get a property at some point and they will be acting for you, but it doesnt do any harm to ask, rather than getting a surprise bill at the end!
